TRANSITION READINESS
Choo Smith Youth Empowerment Transition Readiness Program is designed to prepare students academically and socially for the next level of education. Elementary to Middle School, Middle School to High School, and High School to College or Workforce. These intensive sessions will prepare each student on what will be expected of them in their transition to the next level of their lives.
Our program is designed for each level of transition to help our students to be successful in the classroom.

WALL OF FAME
Choos’ Kidz doesn’t end when our scholars leave the program. We build bonds that will last a lifetime. We partner with colleges, corporations and small businesses to make sure our scholars are ready for the “League of Life.” We collect data up to 5 years after our scholars enter the workforce/college to track how our program has impacted them.
At the completion of the program, CSYE will provide scholarships for students headed to college or grants for students who take the entrepreneurial track .
